You will find just about anything you need within 15 minutes of the house. - Conveniently located 10 minutes from I-85. - Tugaloo State Park, free with a National Parks Pass. - 2 boat ramps only a minute or two from the property if you prefer to bring your own boat. - Off the main floors is the deck with grill and large screened-in porch with grill, TV, and living space. -Security cameras in use that cover the dock and boat area, driveway, and backyard. - Family owned and operated.
